In case of any claim for after sale service, the customer shall provide us a problem report with detailed information including but not limited to Model Name, Serial Number S/N: and specific description of problem. MEDCO shall have no obligations to accept any service claim without problem report. Once a problem report is received, MEDCO will notify the customer and offer a solution within 24 HOURS.
We provide a 12 months warranty for main units supplied and installed by us. The warranty begins from the Installation of Equipments. Whenever the customers promptly notify us of warranty claim, we are ready to provide services of adjustment, reparation and/or replacement (with new or exchanged replacement parts).
